Kind Clothing Ambassador Programme FAQs
1. Am I right for the Kind Ambassador Programme?
We’re looking for kind people who are passionate about the same things we are! Saving the planet, the animals and the people! As an eco conscious, sustainable and ethical clothing brand, we’re after a team of lovely humans to represent everything we stand for.
2. What can I do to promote Kind Clothing and your products?
Get creative! There's plenty of ways to spread the word about Kind Clothing. Here's a few suggestions:
Add your personal affiliate link to the bios of your social accounts.
Create Instagram Stories to share your thoughts about our products and include your personal affiliate link in the 'Swipe Up' feature.
Post about Kind on your Instagram, Facebook & TikTok accounts.
Share product reviews, or shopping recommendations and lists from your blog/ vlog.
Make sure you're following @Kindclothingstore on Instagram and give our Facebook page a like so you're keeping up with the latest updates on new products, site-wide promotions, our eco efforts and more.

3. How can I track my sales commissions?
After registering, we'll review your application and you'll receive a welcome email from us. From this email, you’ll be able to login to your account where you’ll be able to see your affiliate sales, historic and pending payments, plus all the other important things like your affiliate URL that you'll need to share to generate commission.
4. How are commission payments made?
Payments are deposited to your PayPal account, when filling out this registration form, please double-check you've included the correct email associated with your PayPal account.
5. I've generated a sale via my affiliate link but it's not appearing in my dashboard?
It usually takes 1-2 business days for an affiliate sale to appear on your account. If you still think there's an error after this, get in touch with Bronwyn via [email protected], share a screenshot of the checkout page. We can take a look into this and provide you with manual commission.
6. Will I receive freebies or use of discount codes?
Free products and use of specific discount codes will be given at our discretion as a reward for completing ambassador challenges or meeting set goals.
Voucher Code Usage
Affiliates on The Spark Company programme aren't permitted to use any voucher codes that have not been explicitly stated as suitable for affiliate use. Occasionally, The Spark Company will offer voucher codes to customers via other advertising channels - including catalogue drops, and direct email campaigns, or have these codes available on their site.
All affiliates should take care not to promote unauthorised codes in any manner on their websites - otherwise this will result in commissions being reduced to 0% for the affected sales where these unauthorised codes are found to have been used. In some cases you may also be removed from the program.

Affiliates found bidding on these terms may have pending transactions cancelled or face temporary suspension from the program.
To avoid broad match issues I would urge you to include the above terms as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns else action will be taken against affiliates that persistently break the terms and conditions of The Spark Company affiliate program.
Purchasing of domain names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include The Spark Company or misspells of the brand name.
Promoting The Spark Company
Please ensure that the RRP is promoted and not of the price including the discount. Any discount codes can be advertised along side of the RRP; however the final discounted amount cannot be advertised. For example if product X is $10 and they are offering 10% off, do not display the item as being $9. It should be advertised as $10 plus 10% off.
